Bought a brand NEW Pacifica...nightmare since day 1! Terrible service, terrible sales, all around terrible. Owner won't return my calls, a 50K vehicle that I service in Etown as they are just too busy to take care of customers. Buyer Beware! Go somewhere else!
Work for another jeep store outside the area and when ever I do business with Bobby D I know the car is as described . If I had to buy my own car would buy from them in a minute. One of the honest dealers in a business where that is getting harder to find!!!
The dealership was clean all the staff were friendly, they really are helpful for the buying part it seemed like a smooth transition from stopping in to test driving to paperwork to owning it seemed faster then ever.
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. It’s been over 3 weeks and we still haven’t gotten our car. I paid them $2,500 and signed all the loan paperwork. They were supposed to deliver it to my fiancé but they keep making excuses why they can’t do it. I keep having to call and keep getting hassled. I don’t have time to deal with all this. I’m in the army and I’m busy, I don’t have time to be on the phone with them all the time. This whole process has interfered with my work. I’ve NEVER had this much trouble buying anything in my life. They were really friendly when I was there and when they accepted my down payment... but now that I’m back at my duty station they have done a terrible job taking care of my fiancé and won’t help her out at all. Seriously considering cutting my losses and starting over with a different dealership.
